No Returns
We do not offer returns on any products once they are sold.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Exchange is only applicable in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Important Notes

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Customers may be responsible for delivery charges for exchanges (depending on the case).
• We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
